Who is responsible
The data controller is ArchCode Kamila Kremis, operating under the public brand Avernis Software.

When you visit
The web server processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Access logs record the IP address, request time, requested resource, response status, referring page where supplied, and browser user-agent information. Server error records may also contain technical request details.
This processing supports website delivery, reliability and security, on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Nginx access and error logs are configured for daily rotation with 14 rotated files retained. Non-empty logs and the current log can therefore remain available for approximately two weeks, depending on rotation.
When you write
If you send an email, the controller receives your email address, the contents of your message and any information or attachments you choose to provide. These data are used to read, respond to and follow up on your enquiry.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where correspondence concerns steps requested before entering into a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business correspondence and the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle and follow up on the enquiry. If it leads to an agreement, relevant records may be retained to fulfil legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The applicable purpose and legal requirements determine any further retention.
Providing information by email is voluntary. Without a return address or enough context, it may not be possible to respond. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information or unnecessary personal records in an initial enquiry.
Cookies and external services
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, accounts, profiling or browser storage. Fonts and visual assets are served from the website itself. There is no contact form or embedded third-party media.
An email link opens your chosen email application. Its operation is governed by the privacy terms of your own email provider.
Access to data
Personal data may be accessed by persons authorised by the controller and infrastructure providers where necessary to operate hosting and email, and by public authorities where disclosure is legally required. Data are not sold or used for advertising profiling.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your particular situation.
To exercise a right, write to info@arch-code.pl. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (UODO). No decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects are made solely by automated processing through this website.
Policy updates
This policy may change if the website or its data handling changes. The date above identifies the current version.
